Cancellation policy
SECTION 26 - SUBSCRIPTION & “SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE” TERMS
26.1 Subscription Overview: By selecting the “Subscribe & Save” option, you are enrolling in a recurring payment plan. You will receive a 20% discount on the standard one-time purchase price of aavo gummies in exchange for your commitment to recurring deliveries.
26.2 Delivery Frequency: You may choose to have your products delivered every month (30 days) or every 2 months (60 days). Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each period until you cancel.
26.3 Transparency & Notifications: We believe in "Click-to-Cancel." You will receive a reminder email three (3) days before each recurring charge. It is your responsibility to ensure your billing and shipping information is current.
26.4 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date. Cancellation can be done through your Customer Account Portal at getaavo.com or by contacting support@getaavo.com.
26.5 No Hidden Fees: There are no long-term contracts or hidden cancellation fees. The 20% discount is locked in for the life of your subscription, provided there is no break in service.
